What does the resort fee include?

A $45 resort fee per day will be added to the final bill for all reservations. Resort fee covers cost for Wi-Fi, Parking, all on-site amenities, complimentary shuttle service, 30% off bikes, ski’s & snowboard rentals at Charter Sports.

Are there grocery stores near the Highline hotel in Vail?

Safeway is a 5 minute walk and City Market is a 10 minute walk. West Vail Liquor store is adjacent to Safeway.

Do all Highline DoubleTree hotel rooms have a kitchen?

No, only our suite units have kitchens. All other rooms have a mini fridge and Keurig for coffee and tea. All guest rooms have complimentary bottles of water.

Is early arrival/late check out available?

We can’t guarantee early arrival or late checkout, we offer it upon request. Late checkout can be requested the morning of departure as it is as based on our occupancy.

Are we allowed to bring our pets? Any other types of pets allowed?

We allow up to 2 dogs maximum per guest room, each pet is $100 non-refundable, one-time fee.

How does the shuttle work?

The Highline Vail hotel shuttle operates on demand on a first-come, first-served basis. For specific operating hours, please check with the front desk.

How close are you to the ski mountain at Vail resort?

We are a quick 6-8 minute drive from Vail Ski Resort. Our shuttle takes our guests to the 3 primary access points for the mountain making Highline Vail hotel an ideal choice for ski destination lodging.

Can we get an Uber? Or Lyft?

Yes, Vail area does have drivers, but they are more limited and they cannot pick up or drop off at the Eagle County Airport. To arrange transportation to the airports, please call and speak with a front desk agent.

How do we get to the Highline Vail hotel from the Denver Airport?

Front Desk can assist in booking EME or other travel arrangements to and from the airport.

What is your Deposit Policy?

Highline Vail takes a credit card upon every reservation. For summer reservations, full payment is taken at 48 hours prior to arrival. For winter reservations (Vail Ski Resort ski season dates), full payment is taken 30 days prior to arrival.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Summer reservations cancelled prior to 48 hours from arrival are fully refundable. Within 48 hours reservations are non-refundable.

Winter reservations (Vail Ski Resort ski season dates), reservations are fully refundable if cancelled prior to 30 days from arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days to arrival are non-refundable.

How do I get to Beaver Creek?

By car, taxi or EcoBus. Guest would need to go to Transportation Center located in Vail Town Center to catch the EcoBus.

What is the Incidental Policy?

We pre-authorize credit cards for $75 per night.

Do you offer breakfast?

At this time we are offering a grab-n-go breakfast featuring breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, parfaits, pastries and more.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, within the guest rooms.

Can I have my package delivered to your hotel if I’m a guest?

Guests are permitted to have packages delivered to the hotel. A handling fee of $10 per package will apply, and storage is complimentary for up to seven days. Storage beyond seven days will incur a fee of $5 per package, per day.
