At Highline DoubleTree Hotel we offer three meeting room options, from our Boardroom to our Terrace Ballroom, we can accommodate meetings of 8 attendees to 80. Everything your team will need is available on site–complimentary business center, Pivot62 restaurant and bar offering continental breakfast, après, and dinner. Westside Café offers full sit down meals all day. Our chef can customize a menu to your groups liking and budget or select from our full banquet menu.

Our complimentary Highline lift shuttle can transport your attendees to Vail Village for exploring, dining, or a day of activities exploring Vail. Our affordable onsite audio-visual keeps your meeting budget intact and has all the basics needed for a smaller gathering.

Our 1,936-square-foot Vail Terrace Ballroom offers indoor/outdoor space opening to the pool deck, ideal for social events, conferences, weddings and meetings alike. It is complimented by an additional 1,736 square feet of outdoor gathering space on our Terrace Patio with fireplaces and Rocky Mountain views.

Meet in Rocky Mountain style with all conveniences at your fingertips. Our 330 sq. ft. board room at Highline DoubleTree is perfect for a small meeting. For Vail retreats, board meetings, or 1:1 work sessions, our boardroom provides that quiet, professional space to work and get things done.
